Ingin hasil foto terbaik? Kamera apa yang sebaiknya dipilih?

This article will be written on english, and the title means "that's such great footage you took, what's the camera?" – pardon my inconsistence, I mean sorry about the title. I guess the opening is not proper, I'm Saru and welcome back to Troooez Behind. After an endless people speculation about what camera's best to make a great image around me, I always ended up letting them know that "yang penting yang pake-nya bukan kamera-nya", whiches the most important thing is the user, you may end up using an old cameras, a vintage one such as VHS, phone cameras, I even saw disposable camera are being so popular again nowadays, If you're good at it, a hardware doesn't matter at all.

Until now, there were still peoples whom I think always and keep asking same question over and over again in a different situation, yes they were asking about: "what camera's best for filmmaking?" or "what camera's best for photography?" and the one which bothers me a little, says "bagus banget nih gambarnya, pasti karna pake kamera xxxx, ya kan?" and so on and so on. Man, you should known better like, just upgrade and improve your skills no matter what camera or everything, I said like literally everything you use right now, maybe you would say: "but you know, I need those good peripherals to improve my skill" and yes indeed, you were right I would say. But, if you're asking those questions to me over and over again, the answer is still the same, the hardware doesn't matter at all. I don't even have any cameras, fyi. my phone camera software's got bugged by the battery-heat! (sorry) (just want to share my feelings tho)  it's all about the effort, folks.

But don't worry, I didn't come empty handed, and that's the reason why I made this post – here's some tips to that may help you to get great, good, and fine images (just like what you're asking for) and also recommend you some good cameras outside, I'm not an expert at this (just saying) I'm just straight away going to tell what's best or not in my personal opinion and based on my experiences, so here we go:

• First thing first, all you need to do is go buy any camera (whatever it is), and if you don't have any (you know, money $$$) there's only two option: rent, or borrow, let me know if there's any other legal option – I only recommend you to buy a new one, because if you choose other option, the only real issues are just about responsibilites, my friend used to say, when you borrow something, you have to be prepared of accomodating a new one, right?

• Let's say you want to buy a camera, and maybe you got a lot of decision picking cameras, and also will threw the same question of what's bes- I'll tell you that "the best camera (for me) is what I usually use on daily basis and particular event – the only thing to know what's camera best for yourself is to force-try-sticking into the camera itself (again, whatever It is) – but, I still can recommend to use a mirrorless camera, it's compact, it's not bulky, and at least it's easy to operate. If you're into a pricy thing then go ahead buying a Sony α7 series it has a lot of great features, and since it's a full-frame camera, it will hands down and end up any discussions I could have. But for me personally I would more likely to prefer a Sony α6300 (because you know, I'm focused at the price gaps), other options maybe goes to Canon EOS M3, then maybe if you're into a more professional-look, then go for some DSLR such as Canon's 750D, 80D (more features, more money and heavier), and even higher a 7D (more features, slightly more money than 80D, but heavier and requires a CF card), and hey let's not forget that you can also use your phone as a camera anyway, I can only tell that Samsung has some great cameras you can get on the market right now (especially the A series & flagships) rather than iPhone tbh. (that comparsion means, I'm an iPhone user and also I feel  like well, good job Samsung) (I can only recommend those brands because of my personal experiences). So, what you guys gonna pick?

• Besides of that camera model chit chat, you may have to understand the concept of angles and framing (I could say), I'm not going to specificly explain about that (maybe next time in a dedicated post) so I'm just going to be straight away say "an angle is the figure formed by two rays, called the sides of the angle, sharing a common endpoint, called the vertex of the angle" Wikipedia said. Angle is basically where you positioning your camera, you can actually use your instinct to get the best angle and shot of your object, positioning your camera up to get the high-angle and makes as if your object is weak, put your camera low to make a low-angle and makes your object to show such as prestige and strong, vice versa. There's a lot more you can learn about this later, everywhere on the internet – framing simply let you manages that you don't get your object out of frame, and don't use an autofocus when it's not a dynamic event, such as: photoshoot, and so on, and so on.
• Last thing and you can't underestimate on, is the post-production (yay) you may think "what's the point of taking great images on the spot, when you still have to edit it?" It's all part of the plan to make the best result man. But I could say, if you target to impress someone on the spot after taking those images, then this tip is unecessary for you, because for me this is the most important part of all, I don't change the image, I'm just fixing and make it better, like for an example: I do color grading for all of my images before sharing it (and actually you asked "what camera I used" on a color graded footage) the shot that I took (whiches the raw one) is flat and yellow-ish I could say, is that what you call great images?, there's plenty of tutorials to do some post-production enhancement at your images, yea I said "enhancement," you don't change what you get earlier, you just simply make it look even more beautiful, whiches indeed naturally is beauty enough (just like when we use some makeup).

The beauty in art is so subjective, even a blurry image can be so meaningful, an abstract painting can surprisingly be soothing – back again, it depends on such personal things, and how we respectively try to comprehend each other's taste in art.

Before the ending part, I'm going to say that good peripherals and equipments are not too important or even necessary (which you praise badly on), it's just generally complements the user itself on creating such great content and arts. I mean what's the point of saying like such things to the user: "Faber Castell pencils are always making great writings" or in another word "bening banget hasilnya, karna pake Canon pasti" you're not even kind of reviewing the product. Moreover, it doesn't makes sense to compliments a product right to the user's face, I don't get it? (I mean really, just tell me why) an equipments doesn't have any feelings, right?

Besides of it all, why don't we just respect and a little bit shifting those compliments to the user itself, at least some kind comments like "I like your unique style of..." you can also add some feedback such as "but I think, It can be a bit better if we add some..." if only some things are bothering u (meh) that may helps and even sounds better (for me), better than "iOS is the better one!" then argued back with "No way! Android is the best of the best".
